MEET THE MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM
Fred
is a New Hope native, having been born and raised in the local area. All
his life, he has devoted to giving back to his community starting with the
Junior Chamber of Commerce. He then moved on to become a firefighter with
the New Hope Eagle Fire Company and has dedicated almost forty years in that
endeavor. An active member of the New Hope Historical Society, almost
since its conception, Fred worked diligently on their behalf carrying on a
family tradition. Fred has also served for eight years as a Borough
Councilman. He served many years as a Board Member and as President of
the New Hope Eagle Fire Company for nine years. During that time he was
also, and still is, Fire Marshall of the Borough of New Hope, as well as, Fire
Commissioner. Fred is now a Chartered Life Member of the Fire Company.
Fred
entered the field of real estate bringing with him the twenty years of
marketing experience he obtained as Vice President of the Goodall Rubber
Company in Trenton, New Jersey. In the fine homes real estate market,
Fred Williamson and Andy Kowalski have become the benchmark for
professionalism, expertise, and integrity in their industry. It is their
love of people and of their profession that may very well be the the
secret to their success.
Fred
has a distinct sense of the Bucks County region that is perfectly suited
to the needs of his broad range of clientele. Fred has constantly been
one step ahead of the changes that have taken place in the region's real estate
market since the 1980's. Being an integral part of these changes through
his community activism, he feels a responsibility toward his clients and
the area he has called home all of his life.
Fred
is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a member of the Bucks County
Board of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the New
Jersey Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Fred is also a Top Producer for twenty-two years running. Fred has
received every top designation real estate has to offer consistently from
his very first year in real estate. He is always in the Multimillion

ANDY KOWALSKI
In early 2005, Andy, with his vast knowledge and
background in technical and marketing communications joined Fred in a
partnership and together they created The Williamson Team. Andy
specializes in first time homebuyers, Commercial properties along with luxury
properties. His dedication to his clients is unparalleled.
Andy has executed a finely tuned marketing program incorporating
internet marketing, virtual tours, and success driven print advertising.
He developed a networking system of the most distinguished realtors in Bucks
County and enjoys a long lasting relationship with colleagues and
clients. It is not unusual for Andy to work long days, 7 days a week in
order to facilitate clients' expectations.
A commitment to exceptional service is pivotal to the Williamsons'
approach towards customers. Sophisticated clients rightfully expect a higher

sharp skills along with a team of dynamic, experienced professionals, has

MICHAEL & SHARON SPADACCINI
Sharon & Michael Spadaccini bring their decades of experience
in real estate and 25 years of service in the title insurance industry to
further strengthen The Williamson Team, a dedicated team of full-time real
estate professionals, at Prudential Fox & Roach, New Hope.
Educated
in the region, Sharon (BS Marketing, Penn State University) and Michael (BA
Political Science, La Salle University) combine their educational achievements
with a broad scope of applications in business development, negotiation, sales,
historic preservation, new construction planning, and project management
alongside a diverse and unique skill set.
The skill set of both are
complementary in a variety of orientations that serve our diverse real estate
clientele. For example, Michael is trilingual (English, Spanish, Italian); an
exemplary and distinguished leader (1st Lieutenant, Deputy
Commander, Reservist) in service to our country; instructor/lecturer (on behalf
of the Environmental Protection Agency); and an accomplished stone mason.
Sharon, a member of the Bucks County Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania
Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, enjoys a
network of long standing relationships and satisfying repeat business that is reflective
of her strong character and broad based knowledge.

PATTI A. HENNE
A
Realtor since 1995, Patti has played an active role in the Lehigh, Bucks, and

EMILY KING
Emily
is a member of the Bucks County Board of Realtors® , the Pennsylvania
Association of Realtors® , and the National Association of Realtors® . She is
also a member of the Williamson Team who has recently received the 2010
Prudential Top of the Rock Chairman's Circle Award. Emily is a Bucks County native having been born and raised in Doylestown and
Newtown. She is a Central Buck West graduate and has gone on to seek degrees at
Buck County Community College as well as Pennsylvania State University. Emily
is a Pennsylvania licensed Realtor®.
Emily
specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of residential
homes and income properties within Bucks and Montgomery counties.

NICOLE CURRAN
Nicole's
clients often speak of her strong sense of community and how she eased their
relocation into Bucks County or seamlessly transitioned their move into a
new neighborhood. And it is not unusual for Nicole to be in contact with
clients long after closing. She is best known for matching those new to
the area with a location that best suits their chosen interests and one in
which they and their families can most easily adapt and define their
own connections. The earnest devotion to creating connectivity by
initially clarifying the needs of clients has produced for Nicole and The
Fred Williamson Team a positive stream of recurring and referral business.
Underlying
Nicole's contagious enthusiasm and undeniable appeal as a Realtor® is her
love and appreciation for the area. Born and raised in Bucks County,
Nicole finds this region to be the perfect playground for her 6 growing sons

KATHY FEEHAN

Sales Associate. Kathy began her professional career working for one of

provided those at the highest levels in government and industry with business

BETHANNE FRANCO
Bethanne brings nearly 20 years of experience to The Fred Williamson Team having negotiated and contracted million-dollar real estate transactions. A licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and former Senior Sales Manager for a nationally recognized homebuilder, Bethanne's strengths are in customer service and satisfaction, due-diligence process and contract negotiating. Bethanne has a proven track record of achieving "top performance" in her field, working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers as well as the active-adult lifestyle buyers.
During the last decade, she has been honored time and again with distinctions and awards from the Builders League of South Jersey including Sales Team of the Year and Highest Unit Volume Sales Person. From land to luxury estates, Bethanne has extensive experience and demonstrates keen perception and understanding while working collaboratively with her clients. Louise Williamson
As a member of The Williamson Team, Louise combines her business, academic, and philanthropic activities in developing her real estate business here in Bucks County.
As Director of Business Development with Thomson Reuters Learning Division, Louise developed key client relationships leading to some of the highest grossing sales in their history.
Prior to Thomson's sale of their higher education assets, Louise founded her own consulting practice dedicated to identifying and measuring key performance indicators for graduate education at U.S. public research universities.
A decade long focus on data quality and methodology concerns in higher education was the subject matter for her doctoral dissertation and one that translates well in examining and analyzing market trend and statistical data in real estate, both nationally and locally. Her MBA thesis, Acquisition Strategies Within the Global Marketplace, was an action research piece that blended academic research and her experience as a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Registered Representative with a financial services industry leader.
Louise teaches master?s level courses to our globally deployed service men and women with an online military university. In addition, she is actively engaged in Doylestown Hospital's Hospice and "No One Dies Alone" programs and is a mentor with the Stimulating Your Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Students (S.Y.S.T.E.M.S.) program at New Hope-Solebury middle and high schools.
